Wipes perform best when lightly saturated with an appropriate cleaning fluid (typically solvent blend) which “attracts” contaminants and eliminates static.
Saturating wipers by end-users, on site with gloves, may lead to inconsistent results and over-saturation deposits, as opposed to attracting contamination.

TekniSat wipers provide superior contamination removal, and precise solvent saturation to ensure optimal attraction and retention, while reducing solvent usage.
Available in multiple materials, packaging options, and solvent solutions to meet various environmental and process-cleaning applications.

TekniSat wipers are manufactured in a Class 10/ISO 4 cleanroom with ultra-pure wiper substrates, (<10ppb) IPA and 18Mohm DI Water (filtered to .1 micron); resulting in accurate and consistent saturation levels for optimum performance.
TekniSat pre-wet wipers will improve cleaning efficiency, reduce waste and VOCs, and will improve your product yields.
